CPP tubular transmission crossmember
I just installed the CPP tubular transmission crossmember and am having difficulty fitting the 700R rubber mount. I looked on the CPP and it doesn't show the 700R as one of the transmissions for the tubular crossmember. Does anyone have a CPP trans crossmember running a 700R. If so, what mount can I use on it and where do I purchase it? Thanks. MisterE

Re: CPP tubular transmission crossmember
I had the same issue, i believe i used a turbo 350 mount but did have to modify the mounting holes to the crossmember, but as i put it in i didn't have any of the factory frame holes line up with the crossmember holes, did your holes match or did you drill new holes?
Thanks! |

Re: CPP tubular transmission crossmember
You could try a PowerGlide mount, that's what I'm using for my 700R4 on an original tranny x-member in my Chevelle.
