Let's go back to 3rd grade and learn to spell!

it was running good intel last week when the timing gear went bad i just put a motor in it so the motor is good
it just needs timing gears they cost 32$ at auto zone and there redy to be instaled
about the truck
it needs work on the left floor cab mount and rocker aswell as the right 3/4 panel
its not that bad its sounds and looks worse than what it is

it has a new cluth its a 4 speed the hood is 2 years old i have the origanal wheels and tires (19.5)
and i have a new set of rims and tires on it its got a class 3 hitch and even with a inline 6 will pull anything
new wheel cyclenders new master cyclender new fuel pump the break shoes were done in 11-12-08

the reason im selling henry is becouse ive instald 4 DIFFERNT MOTORS 7 DIFFERNT TIMES IN 1 MONTH
AND EVERY TIME SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THEM!!! so heres your orptunity to owen 1 of the coolist old
suburbans ever made get it while you can i may change my mind

i do have a clean title in hand the price is firm ive got more money in it than what im asking
may trade for older / classic TRUCK CAR OR VAN
301-773-4587
i will throw in a extra 327 and 292 motor if i still have them by the time of sale

technically...none of these body style were suburbans...that name came about later on...I believe these were Carry-Alls when they came out...and you could get them with or with out windows....and with different wheel base dimensions...

"
1tons were only panels and they were 133" wb
1/2 tons panels and suburbans, c and k models were all 115" wb.
I do not believe that there were any production 127" wb versions made unless they were done by custom coach builders.
the term suburban and carryall go back quite a ways and was used by different manufacturers over the age.
I think that GM finally trademarked the name in the 60's. it is confusing as to what the term carryall really applies to. I always felt that it was the 133" panel, but I have been wrong before

Re: 66 suburban on craigs list

Yep....................The suburban name goes back to the 30's and is the longest running car name...............it's a good trivia Question...............Also, on my owners manual for my 65 it says suburban carry-all.................................and the ones without windows were called panels.........................just my 2 Cents.........................thanks for looking............Hemmit
