The local dealership here in town just got this in as a trade. Bed is immaculate, rockers and pasenger cab corner are rusted but that is it. Aside from a suncracked dash pad the interior is perfect! (non-a/c) They are asking 1,100 for it, definintly dont got that laying around but wish I did! Definitly be a cool easy restore for someone!

I live in a iddy bitty little town where everyone knows everyone, aparently is was an old man farmers, that just didnt get drivin that much, had it since new and aparntly didnt use it a whole lot. For comming from a farm this truck is CLEAN, will try to post pics later.

here is the only pic I got so far. I will get more this afternoon. My duddy just bought it for his first truck, since he liked mine. Gave only 850 for it! Runs strong and is completly all original, will post more pics later.

I agree with the term "all original" from the photo. It is a base model, but may have a few extra options on the SPID. You know what your getting with that one!

Here are some more pics. It has original literature, even a original ice scraper givin out by the dealer

Jack and handles in cab corner. Runs pretty smooth but has a noisy lifter. Rides like a dream, smooth and straight and true at 70. Transmission shifts floawlessly. Time has taked a toll on the valve cover gaskets and all, that is first on his agenda. He will get an account on here soon and give you his perspective on he truck. He is stoked to have this for his first truck and fix it up in his spare time. I think he gotta a killer deal for $850!

thats alot of truck for $850, I'd do the motor, then slam it on the ground, paint some catchy shop slogan on the door, and rock the patina! That hood is so badd-azz!

Sweet deal. Just a trip to the local coin op car wash and an engine clean would do wonders for that truck. If it was an old farmers truck that thing may not have had a bath it's whole life.

put some MARVEL MYSTERY OIL in it and im betting it goes away.... actually got my 91 k1500 to stop burning oil on #5 after 2 bottles........

not a long bed guy but would prob. still buy it just to have one......

I think his plans are to get it cleaned up and in black primer for now. I will have to get him to try some Marvel for that lifter, I had heard good things about it, but never used it myself. Thanks for all the feedback guys, he should have an account here soon and looking forward to the wealth of information.
