This seems to be a huge event in Fort Smith, Arkansas this year.

I'm going!!! Also, the O'Reilly Street Nationals will be in Little Rock this year, I believe Sept. 18-20, me and ChevLoRay were thinking of planning a get-together for the Street Nats.

What are you wanting to know about it Lolife? I live right down the road by where it's held. Our club was going to help out with the show, but we would rather hangout and show than work at the show and not have time to do anything. It's a first time show but expected to be HUGE!

It would also be really cool to meet a few people of this site.

I was wrong about the Street Nationals, they're sept. 11-13... I used to live in the 'Fort', so I'll be going back to see some old friends that weekend at Slamily Reunion. Hope to meet some board members.

I'll go and enter knowing I won't win lol. It's going to be big and I have no shot at all. People will come from states away. I hear that Extensive will be there, and they have some sweet rides, hope to see them there. I just hope to have my interior done by then.

I guess I was just curious about the show in general. Is this an old show relocated with a new name?
They seem to have a ton of sponsors. Is it at a park or fairgrounds? Any better/worse hotels to stay at or stay away from? I know they list three, including the host hotel. Never been to Fort Smith, so I don't know much about the area.

First time show and as big as everyone thinks it will be, it will happen every year or that's what everyone is hopeing. There's plenty of Hotels and there's more going up.

Pretty much every Hotel is within 5-6 miles thru town. Look into a few and I can let you know my opinion. If there's a price or distance from the show feel free to PM me with questions. Shows at a big park.
