Question Split window latch

Any ideas on where to find a center latch for a split window? (original aluminum frame) Do any auto parts stores carry replacements? Or Glass places. Or will the latch off a later model/aftermarket window work? I haven't even started to look, because my schedule has me working 6 days a week and on call Sundays, but I'll have a couple days off next week to go salvageyarding and parts hunting, so I have to make the most of the time I have. Re: Split window latch

IIRC the rear sliders were an aftermarket option so the dealer will be a lost cause. the new ones are plastic. I think you would be best hunting the yards. is yours broken or missing or what? a crafty guy could repair it, maybe.

Re: Split window latch

They make the replacements in plastic aluminum and steel. Not hard to find.
