Re: 5.3 fuel line
I used my stock fuel line(hard line on frame) and used the hard tube adapters to -6AN to go to motor and fuel tank.

Re: 5.3 fuel line
I just plumbed mine using dorman hard plastic line and fittings, like new style vehicles. this is the first time I have used it, but seems to work pretty good.

Re: 5.3 fuel line
I used the Jeg's 3/8" aluminum hardline for my LT1 and I havent had any problems so far. I used the AN adapters to the stock quick disconnects on the engine. I run at least 40 psi at idle and Im sure 10 psi or more over that at WOT the Walboro pump will do up to 100 psi if unregulated so I am confident so far. Hope this helps....

Re: 5.3 fuel line
I used aluminum fuel lines, and -6 AN fittings. I have some braided stainless hose also to allow for engine movement as well as from the tank to the fuel filter/regulator. I used some QD fittings as well.

Re: 5.3 fuel line
I got the quick connects from the crashed vette. they are the fittings for the fuel filter. the hose is fuel injection hose, has a plastic liner instead. thin blue plastic surrounded by the black rubber. I used high pressure clamps also.

Re: 5.3 fuel line
I bought the fuel injection hose clamps at Advance Auto Parts when I did mine, they are specific for this purpose and they have all the popular sizes.

I didn't use the vette regulator. I used a truck fuel rail that was regulated and had a built in return line........
