Wheel \ Lowering \ Air ride questions
Ive got a 69 3\4 ton suburban and would like to eventually put air ride on it and have it lay frame. I dont really know much about these trucks yet and would like some advice on in what direction to go with air ride. I dont want anything real fancy, I just want to be able to drop it at car shows. Can anyone help me out with what I need and where to get it?
I would also like to put red smoothies and wide whites on it for the rat rod look, but its got 8 lug axles. What is my best option to get 5 lug wheels to fit? Changing the complete axles? I dont really know what to look for. For now Id just like to lower it and start on the air ride this winter. What is the most cost effective way to lower it? cut the coils and blocks in the rear? Any help is greatly appreciated!!! |
