Hew Exhaust H-pipes vs X-pipes?

Ok we are getting ready to order new headers! Was wondering about pipes. I know some of you guys are running x pipes, what about h pipes? Do these set ups really do somthing besides look way cool??

you can expect a lot of opinions on this. I did the whole debate i was going to go with the H pipe due to my driving style and stock horsepower motor. I went true dual exhaust i figure once i get the truck running smoothly it would be easy to add the H pipe i ran my exhaust with doing that in the future

Heck the guy that did my exhaust said it'd never be possible cause its a truck Yeah, Last time I do my exhaust there. H-pipe and x-pipe are close but if I can remember correctly X-pipes let you squeeze out a few more ponies because it's smoother scavenging or something of that nature
