Found a few of our trucks today.
Out driving with a buddy today and he took me to a friend of his place. His place was littered with our old trucks along with older and newer chevy trucks, and other vehicles. I had more pics but they didn't come out good. In the first pic there are 5 yellow arrows the 2 in the very back are 2 GMC's the cab of one is sitting in the bed of a short bed with the top cut off. The 3rd arrow to the right another with one it was a short bed. Had fuel tank relocated, auto tilt column, gauge panel with tach, and bucket seats. The 4th one is a black long bed, passenger door was the only thing that looked bad the rest of the body was in decent shape. The 5th one if I remember right was a long bed small window cab. now outside of the pic to the left red arrow there was a C/60 dump truck very clean, I think it was a 1970. there was a green cab sitting under a tree and 2 more white GMC's. To the right red arrow there was 3 more nothing in them but rat poop. In the next pic to the right it was a bbc short bed. out of the pic there are hoods, doors, and beds both short and long. The guy was really cool too, told me you need it I got it just call me before you come out. He said I'll sell anything I got out here unless I give it to you.

Its a old yard gone personal collection. I'll find out and post how he stands on people coming out there.
The Chevelle was really nice. There was alot of cool stuff in his field.

Re: Found a few of our trucks today.
I talked to the guy that owns the yard today, he's in the proses of cleaning up the place. When he's done with that he might let some guys come out and hunt for parts. whenever that is. I'll keep you guys posted.

Dennison....that's in the great state of East Texas! Not too far from me, like 6 hours. Yeah, that's doable.

Re: Found a few of our trucks today.
i would consider trading my 67 step project for that chevell.probably all in good shape. there used to be an old yard near tyler that had a few of our old cars and trucks just like that one.
