Vibrations after tranny swap
yesterday i swapped a brand new rebuilt th350 into my truck. it is a midly built tranny and it has a 2200 boss hog torque converter. Here is my problem, there is a vibration. at any speed it kind of pulses. it does this in park when i rev the engine too. any ideas?

torque convertor is what id check first make sure bolts are good if everything is ok with the bolts you still could have a bad torque convertor

I would unbolt the converter, and rotate it to the next hole, then bolt bolt it back up.

I had the same problem when I swapped my manual to an auto. This is what I did to fix it. I removed the dust cover and loosened the converter bolts, and then I slowly re tighten them by tightening one a little bit then the other, kind of like when you tighten a wheel. Thats all and the vibration stopped. Its worth a try.

i tried loosening then retightining. i will try the hole idea thoug. Anyone have any mor input? Thanks for everything!

No flexplate was same as last transmission, and i had no vibration with that one.
