what is the size of my rim?

my rims are all rusted out, I am trying to figure out the size to order some new ones. It seems that every site I use for my other vehicles does not have an option for my truck on their site
I have a 73 cheyenne super 10 looks like 15in 5bolt rims are whats on there.
so would it be 5x100,x7?
also I would like to know how wide and tall I can go with a 15 inch rim.
I would like taller and a little wider with the rubber.

Thanks

Billy the rims should be 5 lug on a 5 inch spacing between the lugs. They are more than likely 7 inch wide wheels. That should be the stock width IIRC. You can go up to a 31x10.50 use a 8 inch wide wheel for best results.

Re: what is the size of my rim?

Bolt pattern is 5 on 5 inch or 5 x 127mm.

cool 5X 127mm X 7in?

Thanks for the help,....now what would be a meaty tire for this size?
I have been looking at the General Grabber AT2 for my tire choice, but want something in a tall and wide size for the rim.

Re: what is the size of my rim?

A street tread tire that would look good on a 15x7 or 15x8 wheel would be a 255/70/15 . Tall and a little meaty . The 31x10.5x15 would be a good choice on a 15x8 wheel with an All Terrain tread . Are you looking for 15x7 wheels ? Aluminum or steel . I may have a set of 15x7 American Racing wheels for sale .

I will probably be looking at the 15x7, if you have a good deal that might just push me over the edge....lol I am looking for an all terain tread so that I can take the truck off road....nothing major just like mud racing but something that wont get bogged down in a little mud

shoot me a PM with the details if you dont mind.

Re: what is the size of my rim?

You would want to go with the widest tire for that sorta racing. You want something that will "float" on the mud. I would go for the 8 inch wide wheel. I have a soft spot for these wheels and they are affordable.

http://www.discounttire.com/product/...ni297.b.xl.jpg

Those are 7 inch wide but they are available in 8 inch wide. Then throw some BF Goodrich Mud terrain KM's on them. I got mine for 99 a piece they are great tires. I have them on a 08 Jeep 4 door wrangler.
