Is this trans hump factory???

I just want to start off by saying the owner of this truck has given me the necessary "expressed written permission" to repost this pic. lol I'm wanting to know if this trans hump is factory or not? Never seen one that looks like this and I'm wondering what would be the point of flattening it out and rolling the beads if it's not. Thanks!

Yep, what he said. Usually BB, 4spd's and I think even the blazers had the high hump. Most others had the low hump.....
