Question about Headers
I have a set of ceramic coated headers on my '71 SB for about 8 years now and its time they go... rusted through at the collector. I've noticed that some manufactures list a 67-87 and others list what looks to be the same style as 73-87. Should I be worried with the companies that dont list back into the 67-72 area? Or are they the same header design.

I would go by what they say. I just put a set of my headers for a 77 chassis on a 72 Blazer and they just barely fit.

I agree with mudder67. Some header manufacturers make the headers to fit 67-87. While some make them in a way which will not fit a '67-'72, but will fit the '73 up trucks.

While I can not say what my hooker headers are made for, I can say that the headers I sent to Race dvl are actually for an 82 4X4 Blazer. They fit fine.
