carb tunning
edl 1406, edl eps man, hei, head long tubes, 71c10 350,
Going to lean out my carb due to living at 6,000' elevation, does this combo sound right for the elevation, Primary jet from (.098stock) to .095 and secondary form .095(stock) to .092, metering rod from (.075x.047 stock) to .073 x .047, |

DId you go to Edelbrocks website? I think they have charts on there for jetting changes based on elevation. If it was a Holley, I'd have good information for you but not on the Performers

Holley for sure, and probably Edelbrock as well ,calibrate their carbs at sea level. In the Edelbrock owners\tuning manual it has the formula for elevation changes. I think it is 2% for every 1500feet.
