Fender repair............

Can anyone tell me where I can get a patch panel? Mine was ruined by battery acid rust, along with the radiator support.

Re: Fender repair............

They make a patch panel for this. Check with any of the vendors that support the board.

Re: Fender repair............

You wont find a used one.If you do it will be attached to a fender and they will want to sell you the whole thing. That area is so prone to rusting i don't remember ever seeing one that was good unless the whole truck had been redone or was so cherry it was a true survivor.

Wink Re: Fender repair............

I will give you a HEADS UP on the fender patch ,

THEY ARE TO SHORT , unless they have made a major change the patch is 1'' to 1'' & 1/2 short , I did mine by adding a piece of metal to it but it caused more bodywork to have to be done ,

A GREAT WAY I THOUGHT OF LATER IS AS FOLLOW's

#1 ORDER TWO OF THEM !
#2 CUT THE TWO LEAVING EXTRA METAL
#3 FIT THE EXTRA LONG PIECES TOGETHER AND YOU WILL ONLY HAVE ONE WELD SEAM

this is the best and most effective way to do this ,, unless someone could tell WHOEVER IN THE CRAP IT IS THAT MAKES THEM TO SHORT ! THAT

HEY BUDDY THE ARE TOO DANG SHORT !

The good truck parts come from California...

(They're true 67 fenders too!)

They're the most rust free set of original fenders I've ever laid my eyes on.

(And hells no they're NOT for sale!)
