1969 GMC stepside

Hi

I just joined this forum. I have been looking for something that I could work on that had parts I recognize and found this truck! It has been lowered and now has a 350/350 in it. It was originally a 6 automatic. The interior is like new. It had radio and cig lighter delete. I have a brake booster, disc brake spindles, and a homemade rear bumper that came with it I am looking for ideas/suggestions on paint schemes and side mirrors. I am torn between the mono look with painted bumpers or chrome. I am adding some pictures and can use all the help and advice I can get !!!! I forgot the odometer only shows 55000 which by looking at different areas I believe to be original.

The pictures are here:

Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike.Welcome to the site.I honestly love the truck as it looks now.I`m a big fan of a hybrid factory look with stock body, trim, and paint, improved stance, classy wheel/tire combo, and runnin`/sounding good.
