frame question

i have a 64' c30 1-ton cab that i want to put on an 88'(new body)1-ton chassishas anyone done a swap like this if so any pics? any help would be appreciated

While I haven't done what you're asking, I have mounted a '62 body on a '74 frame. It ended up with a body lift......looked about like a stock K10. The '88 frame is even more drastically different, mostly in width. I'd say you would have to do a fair amount of fabrication to make that happen. And even at that it is hard to say what the stance would be when done.....might end up being another body lift setup. It all depends on what you want as a end result.
