mirror opinions?
i'm trying to decide what mirrors would look best with my truck,....i usually recomend the "peep" mirrors, but i dont think they'd go the the theme or style of the truck
i just cant wait to get these dumbo mirrors off what ya all think???..i'm sort of leaning towards the factory sport mirrors, but wanted some opinions this winter i'm going to put on a checker-pro tonneau cover and a cowl hood, but am sort of divided on the mirrors thanks guys

Re: mirror opinions?
Normally I like the dumbo mirrors, but on your truck they look unusually big to me. I'd go with the sport mirrors. I think they'd complement the rest of your truck.

Re: mirror opinions?
I love my sport mirrors on my Step Side. I want to do the same mirror on my Blazer.

Re: mirror opinions?
My personal favorite for anything with round headlights is the 66-69 Nova mirror. It might not tie in with your square headlights as well, but still a slick looking mirror.

Re: mirror opinions?
The sport mirrors look good, but I don't think they would look modern enough to tie in with your wheels and grill. Maybe the stock mirrors painted body color?

Re: mirror opinions?
78-88 G-body mirrors would look great on a square body.

Re: mirror opinions?
i don't think i'd take those off unless your ready to deal with exposed holes.it's alot of work to filll in holes and match paint if your not set up to do it.

Re: mirror opinions?
I agree w/Ken, I don't think the round sports would go well with your grille/headlight setup (although they sure are purdy ) But the square sports 81Blaze has may not look too bad.
Bad part of it all is, size does matter when it comes to safety. If it's a DD, I prefer to see as much as possible.

Re: mirror opinions?
how about those power mirrors, i think they would go well with the front that you put on the truck i would also put the one piece headlight on the top of the newer truck i think they should adapt pretty easily. thats just my .02

Re: mirror opinions?
I have the sport mirrors on my truck and I don't like them at all.. they just don't look good on my truck, I think. I'd rather have the mirrors you have on yours.
