1987 Silverado No pulse wipers?

I'm looking at my 87 Silverado and the pulse wipers dont work. I have low and High. The pulse even works but no delay at all. Any info? Is there a pulse module under the dash? or is it all in the motor?

If you do indeed have delay wipers, the control module will be mounted to the bottom of the column behind the access panel at the bottom of the dash. It sits cross-ways to the column with the switch wiring pluged into the right side of it and the under-dash harness pluged into the left side of it.

Ok yes I found the module, Is there a way to test it or just replace it. Is it a GM part only or can you get aftermarket??
