Spark plug wiring diagram

Does anyone have a spark plug wiring diagram from the distributor? I will really appreciate it

Do you have all the wires off and need to know where to put them back or just how to route them neatly?

I don't think I have gotten any 2 wire sets exactly alike. I usually take the 2 longest and try to make them reach #1 and #2 cyls. Looking from the drivers front corner of the motor to the distributor should line up with the electrode for #1. The next dizzy electrode counter clockwise is #2, route to pass side front.

The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 clockwise. #3 and #4 would be the second longest so skip 8 or just lay them out and pick the best length and go in order. #5 and 6 and then 7 and 8 (only if you skipped it before) will be the shortest.

Sorry I don't have a picture but I hope you get the idea. I can post a copy from a haynes manual tomorrow if you need it.

Thanks for the help i found my haynes manual buried up too the wife hide it somewhere. Thanks for the info it helped too
