Smoked Lights
So im lookin for cheap ways to add some kinda uniqueness to my sierra, so i tried this model window tint spray on the tailights to give em at least some smoked look. It said to do at least 2 coats, and i did three cause the 2nd one looked a little light, but now there almost a little more dark then i wanted, but, cant really turn back, lol. Here's some pics, tell me what u think....

Re: Smoked Lights
Im thinkin about buying new headlights and parking lights, but for now i was just gonna do a similar tint to those, or just the parking lights. Tell me which one you guys like better. I kno it will cut down on the light a bit, but i have or will get brighter bulbs. Tryin to find some good LED bulbs for the back...

Re: Smoked Lights
Whats the law in IL for the headlights being tinted? I know in GA you can't have any tinted lens cover or tint on the headlights at all and the rear tail lights have to be visible for 500 ft.

Re: Smoked Lights
very nice...how does it do for light output? Im thinking of smokin those today, but will only do the turns if you think it really cuts down on light. Possibly got a percentage i could go off of or anything? Thanks...

Re: Smoked Lights
Yea i like em too, they look good. I did my parklights but they are a little too dark, so im not gonna do the driving lights. I only did two cots on em, but somehow it was just as dark as the three on the back, lol. Im gonna replace the driving and parking lights anyway, so i dont care too much for now. Mines pretty dirty as well, lol.
