can some one help a newb

Ok can some one help me I am looking for body drop info and z,ed frame info, what is the best way to go I am new to all of this thanks

Oooo by the way my truck is a 1969 long bed thanks

the majority of those topics as well as the guys into them , such as myself, cover a lot of that info in the suspension forum. The topic of frame Z vs dropped crossmember has been discussed so many times that it may break your search bar so give that a shot too.
Anything from bags to bodydrops if you wanna get low most of you brother in arms can be found in the suspension forum.

the majority of 2wd drive stuff will be in the year specific forums.. most 4x4ers hid in the 4x4 specific forum..

ok I must be a new b new b I have tried the search but it keeps telling it is to short I am looking for a real good how 2 on z'ing my frame what to cut how much to cut, I am going to drop it but not with air yet so any help would be real real nice
