Hey everybody I've been thinking of what tranny to run, Im thinking of a 400 turbo. Im gonna run a 350 with some mild goodies. The truck aint gonna do any hauling or anything heavy. She's just gonna be a cruiser. Thanks

But I cant complain, as a daily driver the 250/th350 combo has been faithful

3 pedals.....and not even thinking of changing that. Just looking to ad at least 1 more gear in there. I would love a 6 speed manual but am looking to get a 5 speed as soon as I can.

. The old pickup has a 1967 TH400 that only God knows how many miles are on it, you can't beat the good old 400.

The easy way to explain it is, the unit replaces the rear housing on the back of any trans with specific adapters. It simply lowers the ratio of any gear engaged in manual mode or acts like an O.D. in auto mode. My rear is set up with 4.10's, but in O.D. it lowers it to 3.20. Good for 1000hp. Check their website for tons of info and install stories.
