Or make a pattern yourself and take it to a sheet metal shop and have them roll it out. Polish it up at home or paint it.

Man sometimes I really consider yanking the a/c and doign something like this. I cruise in summer with the windows down anyway. It would save pleny-o-weight. But you could just make a pattern out of cardboard like mentioned before, and make it out of a sheet aluminum. Polish it up nicely. But i'm not one to have bowties everywhere on my truck, that's just me

I shaved my firewall and it is a lot of work. Lots of welding and filling. Looks awesome but took me months to get perfect. These bolt on plates are a much quicker alternative.
