Bag Sizes
I'm still new to this bagging thing and I'm still researching a system for my 66 C10 short bed.
It seems the standard for airbag selection is the 2600 up front and the 2500 in the rear. I heard others mention using 2600's all around. How would this affect the ride in the rear by going to the bigger, (I assume) bag? I would imagine it would have a softer ride with less pressure, but is it possible to be too soft? Re: Bag Sizes
Yeah, having a bigger bag in the back can make it ride too soft
I would run the smaller bags in the rear |

Re: Bag Sizes
I just bought some RE7's from a local dealer and he asked why I was running them in the rear. He thought I should run the 6's in the rear and 7's in the front. Is that the consensus?

Re: Bag Sizes
Im running the dominator 2600's in the rear.... I was recommended that buy a teacher of mine whos was in the mini truck scene as well as bagging full sizes and duallys.
He's currently doing a 65 as well as a 68 both lay frame front to rear and he's using the dom 2600 all the way around. He has a 50 something not sure on the rear and is doing re-7's all the way around. |

Re: Bag Sizes
Does anyone know the difference between the front and rear factory springs? Were the fronts stiffer than the rears? Knowing that should give us a clue as to what's best.
