I looked at it.
It needed a shifter housing. And the upper column cover was beat to heck. So it needed replaced. It was worth the buy it now. But you would have to cannibalize another column to fix that one.

Yeah, I almost bought it just because it was such a deal but the work to fix it scared me away
 good deal for someone though!
