What is an alternative to 295/50/15s?

Right now I'm running 295/50/15s on a 10 inch wheel with a 2.5/4" drop.

I love the tires because they are real 'MEATY' I measured them with a tape measure and they are a foot wide.

HOWEVER! They are too short and just look goofy.

There is too much room between the tire and the fender.

Do they make a 295/60/15 or something similar. I want the tire to come up to right where the fender is. I dont want to drop my truck anymore AT ALL. I was also thinking of going with some 18s but I still dont know if I can get tires that wide... Hmmm in that since how wide of a 15 can you put on the back of a stock short wide '81 chevy....?

Any suggestions?

The 275/60/15s are 11inches wide and 28inches tall. So do you guys think they would hit right at the fender like I'm looking for?

Re: What is an alternative to 295/50/15s?

I had both and personally like the 275/60/15's better, but I had 8" Cragars... But, I liked the stance of mine better with the shorter tires. Too much rake with the 275's. At the time, it had 245/60's on the front... At the time, it was lowered 2.5/4, but had Big 10 leaf springs.

Here's mine with 275's a couple years ago:

And here is a very early pic of it with the 295's:
