radiator

My radiator just sprung a fairly bad leak in it.....so it is time to replace....I want to retain the a stock appearance.....what do you all recomend for replacing it......local parts store, aftermarket.... getting one for a big block etc....

Autozone can sell you a four core made by GDI for pretty cheap with a lifetime warranty. I've had good service for six years so far with mine...

The GDI works fine, but it just doesn't look right. The top tank is kind of goofy. I am getting the correct to sell in the near future.

I just installed a Modine got it from a local radiator shop , 4 row for $179.00. looks and fits exactly like the OEM rad. that was in the truck.

Yup, same price I paid for my Modine about 4 years ago, and it does look like the OEM radiator. Works great, too...just had to have it rodded out over the summer and now it runs cooooold.

Thanks for the info....I was just quoted 230 for the modine at my local napa.....but I also got a quote for 132 for a 4 core from radiator.com....any one have anything just as good to say about radiator.com or should i just go ahead and pickup the modine
