So, where do you cruise?

Where does everyone cruise at on the weekends? For me, most Saturday evenings I can be found at the Burger King on route 28 in Manassas, Virginia. Check out the linky.

Re: So, where do you cruise?

Around here, there is not many places to cruise!! just down the main drags. but on saturday night I'm usually at the local dirt track helping in the pits.

But this saturday I'm staying home. I put in a 7 day 70+ hr week (not kidding) baling hay. and I'm about to go to bed.

Re: So, where do you cruise?

Took the C20 to the Classic Car Cruise-in at Searles Bar & Grill in Searles, MN on State Hwy. 15, just south of New Ulm. There were 75+ cars there, new and old.

Check the clock, i'm on the East coast. Besides, the older we get , the earlier night comes. Come to think of it, it's past my bed time.

Re: So, where do you cruise?

On Friday nights I go to the local Home depot where we have a cruise night. During the summer it averages about 150 or so vehicles if it isn't raining. Also on fridays sometimes go to the Space city cruisers which brings in about 50-75 cars. On saturday I head over to the local Hooters where they do a cruise night that brings in about 100-150 cars as well. Not too far away from me is the Target cruise night in Kemah, TX which brings in about 200-250 cars. And if I feel like making the drive across Houston there is the Nifty Fifties cruise night in Tomball, TX on Saturday nights that brings in about 300-400 cars.

Besides these cruise nights I know of at least 3 or 4 more cruise nights on Fridays and Saturdays in the Houston area that also bring in 25-100 cars as well. That is one of the good things about living in a large city is there are tons of cruise nights within a 45 minute drive or less every weekend.

Re: So, where do you cruise?

I use this in NC.
http://www.cruisincarolinamagazine.com/event

and this for lots of other areas.
http://www.carshownews.com/national/

and I found this one yesterday.
http://carshownationals.com/

I also check the Regions and chapters area of the BB since that means members and I like meeting members. There is also a localmag/paper in the Houston area called "Cruzin' Times" that has great listings for the state and surrounding areas. In the Atlanta Ga. area the mag is "Ragtops and Runningboards."
