Those are the panels I'm using also, they go 4'' in from the inner rocker. Here you go-

Re: outer floor section
Going to be doing the same thing soon to our C20, that one piece should be a lot better to fit rather using several generic pieces. Check with board vendor MBGMIKE, he has good prices.

Re: outer floor section
powell72 any tips on replacing the outer cab floor? How was it cutting the old floor out, do you have to be careful of the supports underneath?

Re: outer floor section
Yes we do. Same MFG. we try to keep our overhead down to offer lower prices. We don't have goofy sales on inflated prices or raise the price to offer free shipping. Nothing is free and people still fall for that. We just try to sell at a price people can afford.
This is a very good part and it is one that installs great. We install this stuff as well as sell products and this is a good one here is link to part if interested http://estore.websitepros.com/126980...SEC/Detail.bok Last edited by mbgmike; 08-02-2009 at 09:48 AM. |

Take your time and don't rush the fitting, sneak up on it. Notice in my pic how I cut the piece in half, I found it easier as a novice to fit two small pieces and weld them back together then fit one big piece. Also realize the back of the cab is spot welded to the to the rear of this piece, another area to take care if you're not replacing cab corners. Hope this helps, I'm definitely no expert, just some knob who can weld learning on the fly.
