Re: Fuel Fillers
Side fill or dead center straight up?

Re: Fuel Fillers
I'm gonna try to put it in the fender, my stepside bed has no marker light also. . . I'm just not sure how to do the hose without it bending too much and crimping it. I bought a 3ft hose also thats not too flexible. . .

Re: Fuel Fillers
What I think Sammy meant was, is the filler on the tank off to the side or straight up. Depending on where this filler is makes a big difference on where, and how difficult, the final filler is.

Re: Fuel Fillers
It's a side fill tank, its the LMC rear relocation tank.

Re: Fuel Fillers
Yes, thats what I was referring to. I checked no pics of my hose from the tank to the filler. But what I done was checked outside diameter and went to a boat shop for the correct diameter and length. But that wasn't too reasonable on price thru the boat dealer. I think you would do better going to a custom tail pipe shop to bend you all the bends you need for the best job. Just don't use a radiator type hose because of the fuel eatting up the hose over time. As far as filler doors anything can be used that you desire, S-10, P/U, custom rod door found on ebay etc. Thats what I used. It came with the fuel cap that has a trap spring loaded door so you don't have to remove the cap. Sorry so long only have the one pic. good luck. Any more questions just post..
