Chris, I'm trying to remember which clip you are referring to. Do you have a pic?
And are you talking front or rear drums? I'm not sure if they are different, but I might be able to send you what you need if it's for the front.

The only drum retainer clips that I am familiar with are the ones that fit over the studs to hold the drum in place. The clips are made from flat spring metal and are a push fit over the studs which for a 70 C-10 would be 7/16".
I thought everyone just tossed the clips as the wheel when bolted on keeps the drums in place. Jim

yeah if its those clips they're not needed/they were just used on assembly line to keep drums in place before the vehicle got to the tire install area
