Kick panels
Anyone with the kick panel speakers that you can order from LMC, CPP, etc... They have a version with 120W pioneer speakers. Does anyone know the model of the speaker? Also, can you order the kick panel without the speaker?

I'm nto sure as to any of the above, but I'm sending this to John @ Brother's Trucks and see if he can help. They offer a similar product.

The reason I ask is, CPP sent me a catalog last week and they have these listed with 75W speakers. However, you can order 120W speakers (Pioneer I believe). I had never seen them before. |

Re: Kick panels
Unfortunately I do not have a set in stock at the moment to get the model number for you. The kick panels are made by Custom Autosound so you might want to just call them directly. I tried once before to get just a set of kick panels without speakers for a customer and was shot down. You will probably run into a problem trying to mount a different speaker into the kick panels because they are specially made for the Pioneer speakers in that they are very shallow with a wide but short magnet. I have a set in my '69 and they sound pretty good. Good luck.

Re: Kick panels
To be honest, the 120W speakers don't sound that great - I had some, but I ended up selling them because I didn't like the sound (and the location of them in the kickpanels). I ended up cutting my doors and installing a better speaker, and I'm much happeir.
