this is a gmc 58 fleetside shortbed , it has a ton a patina on it and a little rust . i am looking for a daily driver/restaurant advertising ,and i think his could work.
the guy that built it put it on a s10 longbed frame and put the 4cylinder and 4 speed tranny in it,it has a full independent suspension and set up for 5 lug, has power steering, i think it looks cool ,just want to get your guys opinion on it , he was asking 3500, i got him to 3k , i think its a good deal,what do my fellow 67-72 guys think about this 58 fleet thanks all opinions appreciated

id like to see it in the sun. The wheels dont look right for some reason.

well i think it needs the spacers and the wheels will sit out better

It's a cool ride.
I think it's worth the $3k asking price. What's it look like under the hood? As long as it doesn't seemed to be hacked up,... I would get it.
Spacers will help the wheels,... but to be picky,... the front wheels don't seem to be "centered" in the wheel opening. (look at the first picture you posted)
Still sounds like a good deal!

its actually not hacked up ,and the frame has all been boxed and the bed has been made higher to accomadate the drop , the motor is fine ,it runs strong ,gets about 24-27 miles a gallon. he says he has about 500 hours of fab hours total on the truck , i personally like it.
