3/4 ton drop spindles?

Does anyone make drop spindles for 3/4 ton?

If not, can 1/2 ton spindles be modified to work with 3/4 ton stuff? I was thinking you could just drill out the ball joint and tie rod ends with the proper tapered drill bit, but I don't know if the rotor fits the same.

That might work well.

Actually I have a set of ECE 1/2 ton spindles on my 68 that I'm gonna replace with CPP modular spindles. I wonder if they'd trade me spindles.....guess I'll have to give them a call when the time gets closer.

Re: 3/4 ton drop spindles?

I don't know about the 67-72's but the 73 later the 1/2t are different then the 3/4t but their the same as the 1t other then how the brake caliper mounts

the 1t and 3/4t spindles shaft are bigger the that of a 1/2 and the ball joint holes are larger
