Tech help needed

This morning was out at the 74 (350 4bbl, about 50K miles) to start it up and drive it to where it needs to be for the clutch job in my front yard. It has been sitting for a few days since I moved it last, and I have not driven it since I got it since the throw out bearing has been too noisy. I have fired it up a fw times to check things out like the alternator, and how it runs and what knid of temp it gets to while just warming up. It has run clean before this.

I go out, stab the throttle, and it fires right up but is running as if it is only running on 6 or 7 cylenders and it didn't clear up in the five minutes I let it run before I had to take off to go to work. Any ideas where to look first?

I was thinking when I stabbed it the choke got stuck on and since it is about 70 here in the morning it was choking out a bit....

It is a quadrajoke BTW but it looks real clean.
