Disconnect the battery, pull the knob for the lights out to the on position, reach up behind the dash, there is a small button on top of the light switch, push down on it and pull the knob out. Wiper knob has a set screw. Chrome bezels unscrew.

For the headlight knob you have to reach under and behind the dash to where the wires go into the light switch and it has a button on the top. Pull the knob out then press the release button on the top and the knob should come the rest of the way out. The wiper knob should have a set screw in the actual knob that is real small. It may be an allen head but turn the knob and look for it. Side note, the head lights will stay on until you push the knob back in if you have the batt connected but hopefully you will not stick your hand behind the dash with power on.

Here's some links to some wiring diagrams, click on the title bars to get to them, links are being weird. Sorry I can't be of more help.
