Any info on this truck?

Its at a local auction that is ending tomorrow. Any thoughts on value? looks like a cool truck, not sure if the pinstriping on it is a factory thing? I assume a dealer package.

I missed the inspection so the only description I have is

1976 Chevrolet Scottsdale 1/2 Ton Pickup, V8, Auto, Short Narrow Step Side Box, Odo: 16331, VIN: CCL146J126868

I used to see a bunch of these trucks in the NW....same color/year but most were manual trans and 4WD. Try to get it.

Ha ha, I knew someone was going to bring that up. I'm not going to pull the trigger on this unless it goes crazy cheap, although I think I have one of the trucks sold/traded.

Re: Any info on this truck?

If that truck is as solid as it looks , buy it cheap and turn a profit off of me . I would like an orange 76 short step .

Re: Any info on this truck?

Buy it!!!!!

It is here in Colorado. Probably more solid than it looks. We get almost no rust!

Re: Any info on this truck?

I don't remember any factory pinstriping like that - but - I noticed the truck was built in Janesville, and they did a lot of "one off" type production (like the Blazer Chalet, etc).
