Hello from Texas!

Hello everyone.

About three weeks ago I was at my grand parents house and was looking at my grand father's 1970 C20 Fleetside Long Bed that has been parked in the back yard for a couple of years. I thought to myself "I wonder what they are going to do with this" as my grand father is not in good health and is unable to drive or care for himself anymore. When I went back inside my grand mother asked me if I new anyone that would want the truck and I told her that I would. I asked her how much she would want for it and she told me that I could simply have it because she had been trying to get my uncle to find someone to give it too for scrap metal! So we argued about me paying her for it awhile, but she just wouldn't have it.

When I got back home later that night I started looking on the internet about the truck and came across this site, now I'm hooked! This last weekend I went and got the truck with a trailer and hope to start tinkering with it this coming weekend. So be prepaired for lots of questions.

awesome, looks like its a solid truck. I was surprised at the lack of options. Not that its a bad thing. I think its kinda cool to have one thats not the norm.
