Where's the data plate on my '66 GMC?
I can't find the data plate on my '66 GMC. I need to know if it's a C1500 so I can get the correct rear end. Having trouble finding a used rear end so I want to be sure I'm looking for the right one.

On mine it was on the drivers side kick panel.

real easy way to tell? are your front wheels six or eight lug? six- 1/2 ton, eight-3/4 or 1 ton... |
