I was told that I could use the springs from a g-body and that it would lower my truck,my 81 cutlasswas wrecked and i just put new springs all around.
Does anyone agree with this? ------------------ 1967 Chevy C 10 Custom 350 780 cfm 467 lift 278 dur ported&pollished 2400 stall 350TH working hood scoop B&M shifter

A long time ago I tried using rear springs from an el camino because I'd heard they would lower the rear of the truck. I went through the effort to remove both sets only to find the difference in height change wasn't detectable to the eye as the total was only about 1/2" lower but every set of springs can be different.
