Can some one tell me how to adjust the reverse light switch on a tilt ...There is only one switch on the colum down towards the firewall ....I can get the lights to come on in Neutral but not reverse ....

Loosen the two mounting screws and rotate the switch clockwise
by small increments as you try it. Recheck and make sure that neutral safety and park positions still work.
