I've seen one floating around the net. A chart that shows all the rack lengths from inner-to-inner and some other specs. Can anyone point me to it?

Don't have a chart... but I know lots of dimensions. PM me with what you're looking for. I may have some alternative ideas.

Frizzle,

Check the back pages of a CARDONE power steering catalog. CSK, now O'Reilly, does a great job on keeping their catalogs up to date. If no luck, PM me and I'll mail you a copy. There are 17 pages of dimensions for various racks including Input Shaft Length, Input Shaft dia., Thread length, Mounting hole dim, overall length, and number of holes. This isn't an offer to mail a catalog to everybody (sorry), but I've spent many hours admiring Frizzles posted work on this site. I wish I had 1/100 th the talent.

Well, I found a reference to what I'm looking for. Apparently the "TRW 2005 steering PARTS CATALOG," catalog x4000, is what I need. But it's out of print. I may have found an electronic copy though. Will post what I find...
