Disc Brakes
Hello all, new member and new to 67-72's. Can anyone enlighten me as to the first year front disc brakes were introduced to the C10's? Also, I am curious if GM offered a factory rear sway bar for this era as well. Thanks in advance for your assistance, I look forward to future postings and getting to know many of you through this forum. Be well.

Re: Disc Brakes
First year for Front Disc Brakes was '71. Everything before that had drums up front. No Factory rear sway bar on C10's. Just optional Factory front sway bar. Easy to add to the front though. Adding to the rear may affect trailing arm movement though.

Re: Disc Brakes
Thats what I thought, thanks for the confirmation. Just bought a 71 and have alot of suspension parts off an older project that includes 1/2 ton front discs and wanted to verify the fitment. Again, thank you.
