looking for a 4 in. notch or so
I have a c notch already but I would like to find a deeper one,almost the whole side of the frame rail ,all I can find are the large step notches or any ideas or pics of home made ones.Is on a 78 blazer

Porterbuilt can prob make you a custom notch per your specs. It would also be pretty easy to get one of the available step notches & just trim it down to the height you need (you'll just be trimming off alot more than the guy that needs the big notch).

How close is the diffenential to the tub and will a deeper notch cause interference?

You can have someone like Porterbuilt make you one, or if you can weld, you can make your own.
