What is the diff between 3/4 Control Arm Shafts and 1/2 ton
IS there any difference in link?

The only difference is the 3/4 ton has a reinforcing plate welded on to the top rear of the control arm itself. Everything else is the same. WES

Wes, I think he's asking about the front arms.
I do not know personally. I'd just catalog two different trucks at O Reilly website and see if it offers the same part number for both 1/2 and 3/4 ton applications.

Upper shafts are the only difference, lowers are the same shaft. The 3/4 ton upper looks bigger I can't tell if the uppers are a different length though.

Ive got chevy truck lower control arms thats about 3" longer on the side that bolts to the crossmember. Not the balljoint side) Is this from a 73 up chevy truck or a heavy half or 3/4 ton???. theyve been refurbished so I hate to get rid of them
