radiator in the back?

when i get this c-10 Gasser project going. i thought itd be neat to move the radiator in the front of the bed at a bit of an angle. so you could look in on a nasty small block mill when the hood is off, itll look really open ya know?

fab up a plenum for the radiator.
im imagining some straight pieces of exaust pipe and some choice hose pieces. electric fan on a thermostat. anyone ever do anything like this?

can a stock pump move that much water?
run a preforated thermostat?

i dont know... cmon lets benchrace!

I don't know... I'm a bit too much of a purist for that.

Re: radiator in the back?

hmm... leave the insert out of the grille (69model)
loose bumper and inner fenders and sawzall the bottoms off the front part of the fender even with the bottom of the grille shell.

empty grill shell, fenderwell headers ,frame rails and crank pulley comin at ya!!

... and you owe it money...

dad told me once if youre gonna cut on a classic you might as well really butcher it.
