Thumbs up Look What Followed Me Home

WELL I FINALLY GOT MY 68 PANEL HOME. I HAD TO GO GET IT. THE GUY THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM WAS GOING TO BRING IT TO ME, BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS, I KINDA GOT TIRED OF WAITING. IT WAS ABOUT 235 MILES EACH WAY, & MY FIRST LONG PULL WITH THE 69 1 TON TOWTRUCK I GOT ABOUT 3 1/2 MONTHS AGO. IT WENT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I WENT THRU THE MOUNTAINS FROM ABOUT 4500 FEET, UP TO 8000 FEET , DOWN TO 600 FEET,& BACK AGAIN. LETS JUST SAY THAT TOWING AN 5000 LB VEHICAL UP & DOWN 8 DEGREE GRADES IS SOMETHING EVERYONE SHOULD EXPERIANCE AT LEAST ONCE. ANOTHER PROJECT....... OH WELL.... MY NEIGHBORS ARE TRULY SAINTS.

I really like your fleet. When do you think you'll have the new lookin' just as good as the others?

I think you should make the back inside real pimped out. Put a few nice seats back there a good size tv, a playstation 2, and a killer sound system. Maybe even some kind of bed if you have the room.

Thumbs up

THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENTS GUYS. YEP .. I BOUGHT THAT TOW TRUCK OFF OF EBAY. IT WAS DOWN IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, ALMOST TO MEXICO. I FLEW DOWN, & DROVE IT BACK ALMOST 550 MILES. IT NEEDS SOME TLC, BUT I'VE GOT A BIG BLOCK ON THE STAND FOR IT, & AM GOING TO PUT A 68 FRONT CLIP ON IT, BUCKETS, CONSOLE & A NICE PAINT JOB. IT'LL BE A NICE SHOW QUALITY DRIVER BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT SUMMER. THE PANEL IS 3rd IN LINE FOR A RESTO & PROBABLY WONT BE FINISHED TILL A YEAR FROM THIS COMING SPRING. IT WAS JUST TOO GOOD A DEAL TO LET PASS. I'VE GOT A 72 SHORT FLEET CHEYENNE TO FINISH FIRST, & A LITTLE BIT OF WORK TO DO ON THE TOW TRUCK, BEFORE I TEAR INTO THE PANEL, BUT I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT.
