Question 76 chevy question

I'm in the process of going through a '76 K10 LWB, and I'm finding out that the cab and bed is junk, and the front end isn't in great shape. I've found a 1980 C10 LWB that's in real good shape for $100.00. For my 100 bucks, I get all the body parts. So my question is, will all the 1980 body parts fit on my '76 frame. The parts truck was an automatic, so I know I'll need to mod the tranny tunnel to fit the tranfer case, but will this work out without too much trouble. Thanks in advance.

You should be fine. I'm pretty sure that all the 73-80 body parts are compatible. The tranny tunnel is the only diff I can see since the donor truck is a 2wd. By the way, that's a good deal!

Thanks for the response Big Red. I thought it would work out. When the guy selling that donor truck told me 100 bucks, I about fainted.
