Parchment interior question

Does anybody out there know what the original color of the headliner would of been from the factory with a parchment interior? Parchment or black?

Thanks

Re: Parchment interior question

Would that mean that the painted part of the dash between the dash pad and windshield would also be Sandlewood? Forgot to mention it's a '72, if that makes any difference.

Re: Parchment interior question

My 72 has parchment seat, door panels, and headliner. The dashpad and seatbelts are black. This is how mine came from the factory.

Re: Parchment interior question

My 72 Cheyenne Super K10 shorty has parchment seats, headliner and door panels. It has sandlewood dashpad and the paint in front of the dashpad is also sandlewood. Steering column and steering wheel are black. That is how it all came from the factory. Non-tilt since it is a manual trans.

Re: Parchment interior question

The paint on top of the dash matches the pad and column.

Re: Parchment interior question

Mine had the parchment headliner, door panels, visors, houndstooth black and parchment seats with more parchment color, black padded dash is the origional way mine was from the factory, but I have gone with black door panels, visors, headliner, houndstooth seat with the sides and middle black. the parchment shows too much dirt.
